- Use of the hot stone barrel Finnish and detoxing Infrared Saunas with Chromotherapy (light therapy)
- Outdoor cool rinsing showers with a salt bowl
- Meditation Space with herbal tea
- Two Acre Outdoor garden with ponds, waterfalls, fountains, bamboo meditation deck, a butterfly garden, and more – for grounding, sunning & reading
- Fresh filtered water and herbal teas
Our signature Atha Experience is meant to prepare your body so that it will be receptive to our state-of-the-art detoxing saunas, along with whatever treatments and therapies you choose.

ATHA’s sauna session allows you to enjoy our tranquil spaces and transformative, soul-awakening experiences every day. All arrival times are arranged with one of our guides at the desk by text or call, or you can reserve your day and time online. Join the ATHA community and discover the deep, whole-body benefits.

- 30 – Minute Drop-In – $30
- Buy 10 sessions get 3 sessions free – $300
- Sauna visits include 2 small sauna towels
