200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)
In this 200 hr Vinyasa YTT, you will receive valuable yoga education while integrating traditional eastern wisdom and practices.
Our intention is to build successful teachers who are deeply connected to their own practice and also the root traditions of this sacred science.
We will provide the space for all teacher trainees to feel seen, heard, and empowered so that they reach their greatest potential.
You will learn how to safely and effectively teach an intelligent and creative asana flow.
You will be educated on anatomy and how it translates through the practice.
We will cover the history of yoga, subtle body, and the philosophy of the practice.
This training is designed to give you all the necessary tools to share this life-changing practice with confidence and intention. It is also an opportunity to self-study and deepen your personal practice.
