2024 Yoga Teacher Training

Hello everyone! We’re excited to announce that we are in the process of creating our schedule for the upcoming year, 2024, for our yoga teacher training program. We understand that each student has specific time restraints and commitments, so we’re making every effort to accommodate your needs.

In the meantime, we have some great news for those who are eager to start their yoga teacher training journey sooner. In 2024, we will be offering a more accessible program that will allow you to acquire both a 200-hour and a 300-hour certificate. These certificates will be based on the credits and attendance you accumulate through the various scheduled trainings.

Teacher Training Group

By offering this flexible program, we aim to make it easier for you to pursue your passion for yoga teaching at your own pace. We believe that with the right training and dedication, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to become an exceptional yoga teacher.

We are working on a new schedule for YTT modules on weekends in 20-hour sessions. Depending on the module, these will be offered in person and also online via Zoom. Once our schedule is released, let us know which weekends you are interested in joining.

Stay tuned for the finalized schedule for 2024, where we’ll strive to create a diverse range of training options to cater to everyone’s needs. We’re here to support you throughout your yoga journey, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further information.

On our property, we follow the Yamas and the Niyamas. The Yamas and the Niyamas are yoga’s ethical guidelines laid out in the first two limbs of Pantanjali’s eightfold path. They are like a map written to guide you on life’s journey. Simply put, the Yamas are things not to do, or restraints, while the niyamas are things to do, or observances. Together they form a moral code of conduct, and serve as the basis of our practice.
