It also incorporates breath work, movement, and interactive games that facilitate social-emotional development, health, and wellness. It takes place outdoors and inside. We are committed to offering our community transformational growth while connecting with fellow humans through love, kindness, and education.

Through our outreach programs and partnerships, we aim to make yoga, meditation and healing bodywork accessible to individuals who may not have the opportunity to experience its benefits. By collaborating with local organizations, schools, and community centers, we seek to bring the healing power of yoga to all.

Our mission to offer these gifts to the world by starting in our own community.

To help us avoid additional transaction fees we have decided to use Zelle.

Yoga in Public Schools

Atha Yoga Foundation is partnering with local Delray Beach area public schools to deliver yoga and meditation to students and teachers, in an effort to reduce stress, cultivate conscious awareness of body and mind, and to strengthen social connections.

Local Area Beach Cleanups

Atha Yoga Foundation is spearheading beach cleanup initiatives in Delray Beach. Our mission is to preserve the natural beauty of our beautiful beaches, foster environmental consciousness, and build a stronger sense of community among residents and visitors.

Yoga for First Responders

Atha Yoga Foundation is bringing yoga to local area first responders. In this partnership with local area police and fire teams, we are offering the gift of yoga and meditation as a means to ease tension and cultivate mindfulness.

Summer Yoga Camp Teaching Kids to Cope with Everyday Life and Manage Their Stress

As the summer break winds down, parents in Palm Beach County are having a unique opportunity to help their little ones chill out for the rest of the long, hot summer.

Kids ages 6 to 12 are learning tips for quieting the mind, practicing meditation, and enjoying fun yoga games in a two-week camp.

Camp ATHA is also engaging them in yoga postures that teach focus, concentration, determination, and stress management. It also incorporates breath work, movement, and interactive games that facilitate social-emotional development, health, and wellness coach Dean Fazzolari said.

ATHA Foundation teamed up with DEEPAK CHOPRA sharing a day with our community for the launch of his new book “Living in the Light” with co-author Sarah Platt Finger.  All guests shared an experience with a guided meditation, a lecture about the book, and then followed with a book signing.  ATHA Foundation encourages these events and wishes to bring more to our community in the future.  Thank you all for your support.
