Host An Event With Us

Purpose of this form is to request open date, space, and approval for your workshop.  We would need all requests to be submitted at least 75 days in advance for a successful workshop campaign. Marketing Breakdown ($100 fee)
Marketing takes place 3 weeks before event happens as long as we receive marketing 5 weeks in advance.
Instagram: 1 grid post
Story posts: 2x/week on story
Flyers: created by our designer. Created into (2) 18×24 & (3) 11×17 placed strategically around the Shala.
Emails: 1 email promoting in our weekly newsletter
Postcards
If your workshop is approved, please provide a w9 for your payment and you will be contacted after your event as far as the payment breakdown for your invoice. Payment will be within 14 days of your event.

For all in-person/phone purchases, there will be a 3.9% fee for online payments and credit cards. This decision was made after careful consideration to manage rising processing costs effectively.
