Sample Atha Yoga Retreat

This schedule balances yoga, relaxation, nourishment, and self-discovery, providing a well-rounded experience for participants.

Please adjust the times according to the preferences of the participants and the overall duration of the retreat. 

6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Morning Yoga  Meditation class 
Start the day with a rejuvenating yoga session focusing on meditation, mindful breathing, and a yoga flow.
 
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast; overnight oats, fresh fruit coffee, and teas to fuel your body for the day ahead.
 
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Spa Treatments
Indulge in relaxing spa treatments such as massages, facials, or aromatherapy. Our Shama, Debra offers treatments to heal your body, mind, and soul. Sign up with Jackie for a crystal light therapy session!
Whatever your choice, it is a treat to your soul!
 
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch
Savor a delicious and nutritious lunch that replenishes your energy.
 
**2:00 PM – 4:00 PM:** Special Workshop
Engage in a special workshop focused on mindfulness, stress reduction techniques, a cooking class, a sound bath, or an experience tailor-made for your group guided by your retreat leader or an Atha experienced facilitator.
 
***4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Afternoon Yoga Class
Participate in a dynamic yoga session that emphasizes strength, balance, and flexibility.

Free Time
Enjoy leisure time for personal relaxation, reflection, or exploring the retreat surroundings.
 
5:45 PM – 6:15 PM-light dinner 
 
7:45 PM – 9:15 PM Raja class
Raja is a passive practice with an emphasis on meditation and contemplation. A ritualistic warm-up prepares the body for the relaxation of muscles and mind. Candlelight room promoting inner calm and peaceful sleep.
 
9:30 PM 
Enjoy an indoor or outdoor shower and then head to bed for a peaceful sleep.
 
A light snack will be available if needed.
