James Kigar
James Kigar started his practice with ashtanga vinyasa back in the 80’s. Years later, he began teaching a hybrid form of this practice to allow a safe access to the benefits. Over the years, both his personal practice and teaching has evolved to include mindfulness and meditation practices. His current intention of both his teaching and personal practice is promoting a deeper understanding of the physical practice to support more subtle movements towards inner stillness and peace.
