Amanda Mintz
Amanda has practiced vinyasa yoga for twenty years. Moving to Florida with her family in 2017 and recieved was certified in 2020.
Amanda, originally from Connecticut, is a passionate kids’ yoga teacher. Equipped with a degree in Marketing and a background in owning small businesses, she has always been driven. However, during the quarantine at home, Amanda’s true life path became crystal clear. She felt a profound pull toward helping kids.
Subsequently, once certified (200 RYT), Amanda embarked on her journey of teaching kids yoga. She started leading mindfulness clubs at local public schools and hosting free mommy and me yoga events in the Boca Raton and Delray Beach communities.
Since the inception of our kid’s program in June 2023, she has been consistently teaching kids yoga, teen yoga, and mommy and me yoga classes at Atha. Not only does she bring a positive energy and joyous outlook, but she also adds a caring disposition to our team.
The kids thoroughly enjoy working with her. Moreover, her love for teaching is clearly evident to everyone around her. In addition to her teaching role, Amanda serves on numerous local boards and PTA’s. She is inherently drawn to helping the community, standing up for what is just, and spreading awareness about the importance of mental health and wellbeing in kids.
